Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that improve PBM operations, including claims processing systems, data analytics, and automation tools.
Manage technology implementation workstreams and support integration into clients' existing operations.
Define KPIs with clients, support performance improvement plans, monitor impact, and recommend adjustments to enhance outcomes.
Coach and direct a team of consultants and analysts, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Stay informed about health industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in pharmacy regulations.
