Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PBM operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience within the health industry with a focus on technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of clients' PBM operations to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
• Develop and support implementation of data-driven strategies aligned with client goals.
• Apply pharmacy regulations and industry best practices to guide client compliance.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve PBM operations (claims processing, data analytics, automation).
• Manage technology implementation workstreams and integrate into clients' operations.
• Define KPIs with clients, support performance improvement plans, monitor impact, and adjust as needed.
• Coach and direct a team of consultants and analysts, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about health industry trends and changes in pharmacy regulations and share insights.
