Job summary
Castlight Health seeks an Associate Director of Engineering to lead a core pillar of the technology team, reporting to the VP of Engineering. You will build and scale several engineering teams and services delivering GenAI and ML-powered healthcare navigation experiences, reporting to the VP of Engineering.
You will recruit top-tier talent, drive aggressive roadmaps, and operate in the complex world of healthcare access across Google Cloud Platform-enabled services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of software development experience with 4+ years leading multiple teams.
- Experience architecting high-availability distributed systems on cloud platforms.
- Strong track record recruiting and retaining senior engineering talent.
