Job summary

Boesen & Snow Law in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a full-time Health & Life Sciences Paralegal to support attorneys across litigation and transactional matters in healthcare regulatory work, licensing filings, and complex document-heavy matters.

You will conduct research, draft documents, prepare filings, manage case files and deadlines, and support busy lawyers with calendar management at our in-person Scottsdale office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation, transactional, or healthcare regulatory work
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and an attorney's calendar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis)

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and regulatory research on federal and state healthcare laws and licensing procedures
• Draft litigation documents, transactional agreements, and memos for attorney review
• Prepare regulatory filings, licensing applications, and closing documents
• Organize and maintain case files, track deadlines and board responses
• Support attorneys in managing document-heavy litigation and transactional workflows and calendaring
