Job summary

Boesen & Snow LLP in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time Health & Life Sciences Paralegal to support attorneys across litigation and transactional matters in the health and life sciences space.

You will conduct legal and regulatory research, draft documents, file regulatory applications, organize case files, and manage deadlines. A degree or ABA Paralegal certificate and 3+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of paralegal experience in litigation, transactional, or healthcare regulatory work.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and regulatory research on federal and state healthcare laws and procedures.
• Draft litigation documents, transactional agreements, correspondence, memos, and summaries.
