Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during patient care, treatments, and procedures; ensure equipment readiness and sterilization post-procedure.
• Clinic coordination: prepare exam rooms and guide clients through their visit.
• Inventory management: monitor and manage medical supplies to uphold seamless clinic operations.
• Documentation and reporting: prepare reports to ensure compliance with state programs and assist in specialized treatments.
• Appointment scheduling: use HMS system to schedule appointments accurately and for tests/procedures.
• Administrative support: assist with referrals and follow-ups as needed.
