Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years working in design, build, and/or testing expertise with EHR software.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare and health information technology.
• Ability to discover issues and prioritize for resolution.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps/barriers within EHR systems at priority accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for operational and personnel matters.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to Health IT Specialists.
