Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Health Information Technology Specialist to ensure brand integration into EHR systems at priority accounts in the US market. You will develop and implement customer-specific plans and collaborate with Marketing, Access, and Sales teams under the National Director.

The role requires strong project management, healthcare IT expertise, and the ability to work independently within a matrix organization. Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, and Meditech is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Extensive technical knowledge in healthcare software with 4+ years in inpatient/ambulatory settings.
• Certifications highly recommended (CAHIMS, CHTS, CHISP, CPHIMS, Epic).
• Experience in health informatics leadership roles or similar within healthcare/system environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps/barriers within EHR systems at priority IDNs and health systems.
• Develop plans and align resources to address gaps at priority accounts.
• Serve as matrix team Health IT SME to internal and external stakeholders; collaborate with clinicians, IT, informatics, and EHR managers.
• Conduct needs assessments with institutional customers to address patient safety gaps in EHRs.
