IQVIA is seeking a Health Information Technology Specialist to support its pharmaceutical client portfolio in the US, focusing on integrating brands into EHR systems and enhancing patient care across priority accounts. Health Information Technology Specialists will support an IQVIA pharmaceutical client partnership, working across multiple cardiovascular brands in the US market. The primary focus of this role will be to support integration of the brand into EHR systems across priority accounts, helping identify and address barriers that affect patient care, access, treatment processes, patient identification, and overall end‑user experience. The Health IT Specialist will also share Electronic Health Record insights to enhance patient care and support population health approaches across in‑patient and outpatient sites of care at priority accounts.
Other responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive customer‑specific plans, and working collaboratively with Account Management, Medical and cross‑functional account teams. The Health IT Specialist will support healthcare stakeholders including end users, clinicians, informatics, Quality, Population Health and IT teams.
Success in this position requires a self‑starter that thrives in ambiguity and can act as both a strategic partner and outcomes driver.
The potential base pay range for this role is $125,000 - $135,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job‑related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part‑time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
