Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Health Information Technology Specialist in Atlanta, GA to ensure their brand integrates into EHR systems at priority accounts. This field-based role requires a proactive, strategic partner who can lead customer-specific plans and work with Marketing, Access, and Sales teams.

Reports to National Director. Responsibilities include identifying EHR gaps, solving issues, and coordinating with clinicians, IT, and informatics teams to improve patient safety in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare software systems and informatics.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in EHR systems at priority IDNs and health systems.
• Develop and implement comprehensive customer plans with matrix team.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT, informatics, and EHR managers to address patient safety gaps.
• Perform needs assessment with institutional customers to address EHR gaps.
