IQVIA seeks a Health Information Technology Specialist to support EHR integration across priority accounts in the US. You will identify gaps in EHR systems, collaborate with clinical and IT teams, and help optimize patient care and population health in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

The role requires a strong background in EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, McKesson) and the ability to travel overnight, with a focus on delivering comprehensive, customer-specific plans and measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in design/build/testing with EHR software (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, McKesson preferred)
Healthcare IT knowledge and software optimization experience
Ability to identify issues, prioritize, and solve problems in a matrix environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; willingness to travel overnight

Responsabilités

Identify gaps/barriers within EHR systems at priority IDNs & Health Systems
Problem-solve and provide EHR gap resolutions
Identify workflow barriers and recommend scalable solutions
Collaborate with end users, clinicians, IT informatics, and quality teams to provide insights
Align resources to develop comprehensive plans by institution
Conduct workflow assessments to identify gaps in care across patient journeys
Develop and implement customer-specific plans
Act as subject matter expert across cross-functional partners
Share insights to optimize EHR systems for inpatient/outpatient care
