Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Health Information Technology Specialist to support integration of brands into EHR systems across priority accounts in the US. You will identify gaps, solve EHR issues, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance patient care and population health initiatives.

The role requires at least 4 years in EHR design/build/testing and strong communication. Travel overnight is expected as part of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in design/build/testing with EHR software (Epic/Cerner/Meditech/McKesson preferred).
• Knowledge of healthcare IT and software optimization.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify EHR gaps and barriers at priority IDNs and health systems.
• Solve issues and propose scalable EHR-related solutions.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT, and analytics to provide insights to improve patient care.
• Develop and implement comprehensive customer plans for priority institutions.
