Job summary

IQVIA is seeking Health Information Technology Specialists to support an IQVIA pharmaceutical client partnership in the US market. The role focuses on integrating brands into EHR systems across priority accounts, addressing barriers affecting patient care, access, and end-user experience.

Responsibilities include sharing EHR insights to enhance patient care and population health, developing customer-specific plans, and collaborating with Account Management, Medical, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in design, build, or testing with EHR software.
• Experience with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or McKesson is preferred.
• Healthcare informatics knowledge and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in EHR systems at priority accounts and propose scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with end users, IT informatics, QA, and cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and implement customer-specific plans and organize workflow assessments.
• Share EHR insights to improve patient care across inpatient and outpatient sites.
