Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Health Information Technology Specialist to support an IQVIA pharmaceutical client partnership in the US market. The role focuses on integrating brands into EHR systems across priority accounts, identifying barriers, and improving patient care and end-user experience.

Candidates will collaborate with Account Management, Medical and cross-functional teams, share EHR insights to support population health, and travel overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years working with EHR software (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, McKesson) or in a health system informatics/leadership role.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps/barriers in EHRs at priority IDNs and health systems.
• Problem solve and propose solutions to EHR gaps.
• Identify workflow barriers and recommend scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with end users, clinicians, IT informatics team to provide insights improving patient care.
• Align resources to develop comprehensive plans by priority institution.
• Conduct workflow assessments to identify care gaps across the patient journey.
• Develop and implement customer-specific plans.
• Serve as a SME to cross-functional partners in account management and medical teams.
• Share insights to optimize inpatient, outpatient, and ED care.
