Pinehurst Surgical Clinic seeks an IT Manager to lead daily Health Information Systems operations, supervising technical staff and delivering dependable support to providers and employees. The role ensures secure, available systems that support patient care, imaging, and business operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing EHR, PACS, interfaces, identity services, and business applications, while coordinating with vendors and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• At least five years of enterprise IT experience with servers, virtualization, storage and backup.
• Two+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily HIS operations and staff, set priorities, manage PTO and on-call coverage.
• Provide advanced technical support and incident response for patient care systems.
• Coordinate EHR, PACS, interfaces, and identity services with stakeholders and vendors.
• Track tickets, report risks, and drive service improvements.
