Job summary

Rezilient Health is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customer and health system implementations from handoff through launch and ongoing support. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to translate contracts into executable implementation plans and successful go-lives.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7) in a fast-paced health-tech

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare/enterprise/B2B implementations or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport with stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Ops, Clinical Ops, Eng, Sales, Product
• Comfort in fast-moving startup environments with ambiguity
• Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for project work
• Familiarity with CRM, project-management, documentation, or reporting tools (HubSpot a plus)
• Willingness to travel ~15% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and health system implementations from handoff to launch and ongoing support
• Build and maintain detailed implementation plans, timelines, risk logs, and readiness criteria
• Coordinate cross-functional launch activities across internal teams and customers
• Run regular implementation meetings and updates; document decisions and actions
• Identify risks and dependencies early and coordinate mitigation plans
• Partner with Ops, Clinical Ops, Eng, Customer Success, Sales, Product to align workstreams
• Manage handoffs between Sales → Implementation → Customer Success and ongoing support
• Coordinate staffing inputs, training, credentialing, workflow documentation, and go-live support
• Track adoption signals, milestones, risks, and customer health indicators
• Develop scalable implementation playbooks and reporting dashboards
• Travel up to 15% to facilitate smooth implementations
