Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Architecture to lead the design, activation, and support of Oracle Health EHR data migration solutions for Veterans Affairs customers. You will manage a team of Technical Architects and Engineers, consult with clients, provide program oversight, and drive strategy and solution design to meet workflow, security, and program requirements.

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in leading delivery teams, consulting, data migration, data architecture, or similar role.
2 years' experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution.
A BS or BA in related fields.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
Strong presentation skills required.
Must embrace change and have a proven track record of successful process redesign.
Ability to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, activation, and support of data migration solutions.
Provide client consultation, program oversight, and delivery accountability.
Drive data migration strategy and solution design to meet workflow and security requirements.
Mitigate risks and issues; lead client and internal meetings.
Coach and develop a team of technical leaders and engineers.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure project success.
Travel as necessary.
