Job summary

The Nevada Health Authority’s Silver State Health Insurance Exchange seeks a Navigator Program Coordinator to lead the State’s Navigator Grant Program, linking Nevadans with enrollment assistance. You will collaborate with leadership, community organizations, and cross-functional teams to ensure program effectiveness, compliance, and timely reporting while training navigators and CACs as needed.

The position emphasizes grant/contract management, stakeholder engagement, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with public health or health insurance programs.
• Ability to develop training materials and deliver trainings.
• Proven track record in grant and contract management or monitoring activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Navigator and CAC program requirements and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Develop and implement grant funding processes and subgrant/contract monitoring.
• Create training materials and deliver training to navigators and CACs.
• Provide user/system support to assisters and Navigator Organizations; communicate policy changes.
