Job summary

Nevada Health Authority's Silver State Health Insurance Exchange is seeking a Navigator Program Coordinator to lead grant and program operations across Nevada. You will oversee the Navigator and CAC programs, ensure compliance with federal and state requirements, and collaborate with leadership, community organizations, and cross-functional teams to maximize enrollment support.

Qualifications

• Experience providing consumer assistance with health insurance eligibility criteria.
• Experience in grant or contract management.
• Ability to communicate clearly across teams.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software.
• Supervisory experience and/or training experience.
• Experience in client relationship management, customer service, communications, training development and delivery or another related field.
• Proven track record for taking ownership and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Navigator grant funding processes and reporting.
• Monitor subgrant and contract activity for compliance.
• Develop training materials for navigators and CACs.
• Provide user/system support to Nevada Health Link assisters.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Onboard new Nevada Health Link users.
• Ensure dissemination of regulations and guidelines.
• Supervise staff as needed.
