MetroPlusHealth seeks an Enrollment Specialist to educate and assist New Yorkers applying for coverage through the NY State of Health Marketplace. You will help consumers with enrollment, verification documentation, and recertification where applicable.

Requires at least three years of Sales experience, high school diploma or GED, and proven public speaking skills. Role may involve evening/weekend work and in-person public education sessions in NY.

Formación

• Public speaking experience required.
• Minimum of three years of Sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Educate and assist qualified individuals with applying for coverage through the NY State of Health Marketplace.
• Assist consumers with enrolling and providing verification documentation.
• Conduct public education activities to raise awareness of QHPs and programs.
