Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years in health insurance industry and account management.
• Strong reporting knowledge (Ready Data & Tableau).
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Salesforce.
• Must reside in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Travel is 10-20% of time within the United States.

• Provide client management support to a team of Account Executives.

• Design and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks within client accounts and plan action steps.
• Support Open Enrollment or Health Fairs as needed.
