• Document eligibility and enrollment details in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Coordinate with Registration and Billing to ensure coverage is documented accurately.
• Assist with Medicaid applications, including presumptive eligibility and full enrollment.
• Conduct outreach and education to patients and community resources to reduce barriers to care.
