Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, assemble, and analyze medical records for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain electronic health record (EHR) systems by scanning, indexing, and validating documents.
• Review provider documentation for required signatures, dates, and authentication.
• Process record requests in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Conduct data quality checks and support chart audits and data validation.
