Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical billing or HIM duties.
• Experience navigating EMR systems and retrieving data.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical records and supporting documentation; secure incomplete data for clean submission of claims.
• Verify patient identification and proper placement of documents in records.
• Perform pre-scan validation to ensure accuracy and timely processing of claims.
• Use Breg Claim System to resolve pending claims with documentation.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and office operations.
