Datavant is seeking an entry level Health Information Specialist I for on-site work in Anderson, IN. This role processes patient medical record requests, ensures HIPAA-compliant releases, and maintains patient privacy while delivering accurate information to customers and facilities.

As an entry-level position, you will handle release of information, support walk-ins, and assist with mail and fax requests. Strong data entry and Microsoft Office skills are beneficial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Able to work overtime during peak seasons when required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
