Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Able to work overtime during peak seasons when required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Comfortable using phones, fax machines, printers, and general office equipment.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Process legal certification and subpoena requests accurately and in line with privacy requirements.
• Receive and process requests for patient health information per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of company and facility software.
• Respond to requests for patient records from internal and external sources.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with patient walk-ins.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and policies; inform manager of issues or difficulties.
