Responsibilities

• Collects discharge and treatment records from various locations.
• Reconciles records with activity lists for patients.

• Scans documents into the electronic system following procedures.
• Maintains and updates electronic records, including deletions or additions as needed.
• Interfaces with medical staff to support access to information while following HIPAA rules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
