Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Clarksville seeks a Health Information Management professional to manage records lifecycle and compliance, acting as the designated Compliance Liaison for the facility.

You will oversee medical records from admission through discharge, ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence, and coordinate requests while maintaining confidentiality. RHIT/RHIA preferred; associate degree or higher required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Health Information Management or related field.
• RHIT or RHIA credential preferred.
• Minimum two years in a health care facility with Health Information Management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of legal, ethical, and professional standards in Health Information Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of medical records throughout their lifecycle from admission to discharge.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, completeness, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate all record requests and respond within required timelines.
• Serve as subject matter expert on health information management standards and regulations.
