LifeBridge Health is seeking an experienced Outpatient Medical Coder for a 100% remote role. You will review outpatient records, assign ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT codes, and abstract data to support accurate reimbursement and compliance.
The position requires 1–3 years of outpatient coding, an associate degree or equivalent, and proficiency in ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT guidelines. Eligible candidates in MD/DC/PA/VA/WV may apply.

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Medical Coder to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately reviewing, coding, and abstracting outpatient medical records in accordance with established coding guidelines and regulatory standards. This position supports accurate reimbursement, quality reporting, and compliance through timely and precise medical coding.
