Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA is seeking a Part-time Health Information Department Secretary to support our information governance team on a PRN basis. Responsibilities include processing release of information requests, scanning hospital and clinic documentation, handling incomplete ambulatory orders, and transferring external documents from the fax queue to the chart.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent; BLS certification is a plus and must be obtained as an employee.
