Job summary

Hunterdon Health is seeking a detail-oriented professional to review medical records and ensure documentation completeness. This role focuses on identifying deficiencies and entering them into the electronic deficiency system, supporting accurate patient records.

You will collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate timely completion of outstanding items, working a full-time day shift (M-F, 8am-4:30pm) in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of office experience required.
• 2 years of medical office or hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to work with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Reviews the medical record to assure completeness of the documentation.
• Flags deficiencies and enters them into the electronic deficiency system.
• Assists medical/clinical staff in completing their deficiencies.
