Hunterdon Health is seeking a detail-oriented professional to review medical records and ensure documentation completeness. This role focuses on identifying deficiencies and entering them into the electronic deficiency system, supporting accurate patient records.
You will collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate timely completion of outstanding items, working a full-time day shift (M-F, 8am-4:30pm) in New Jersey.
Reviews the medical record to assure completeness of the documentation and enters the deficiencies within the electronic deficiency system.
Minimum Education : Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: None
Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation) : Required: 2 years of office experience Preferred: 2 years of medical office/hospital experience
