Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• HIM Analyst reviews records for completeness according to hospital, licensing and accrediting agency standards.
• HIM Analyst will identify responsible health care provider and link deficiency to appropriate physician for completion.
• Assist in execution of physician suspension policy and reanalysis.
