Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration, health informatics, quality improvement, compliance, or healthcare operations.
• Experience administering Electronic Health Record systems.
• Experience developing healthcare reports and operational dashboards.
• Experience with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Experience leading organizational improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for EHR systems, health information governance, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, policy management, and analytics.
• Lead efforts to optimize technology, data, workflows, and reporting to support high‑quality patient care.
• Serve as liaison with the EHR vendor and oversight of credentialing and compliance vendors.
• Collaborate with medical, behavioral health, administrative and business leadership to ensure compliant operations.
• Promote safety, regulatory readiness, and organizational performance improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Nursing, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field

4 additional years of experience substituting for a Bachelor’s degree
