You will optimize technology, data, workflows, and reporting to support high‑quality patient care, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and organizational performance, collaborating with medical, behavioral health, administrative, and business leadership.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration or related field.
• Experience administering Electronic Health Record systems.
• Experience developing healthcare reports and operational dashboards.
• Experience with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Experience leading organizational improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the EHR systems, health information governance, and quality improvement.
