The position integrates health information technology, operationalanalytics, quality improvement, compliance monitoring, policyadministration, and organizational performance measurement into acoordinated system that supports clinical excellence, patientsafety, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making.
The Health Informatics, Quality & Compliance Manager providesstrategic leadership for Student Health Services' electronic healthrecord systems, health information governance, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, policy management,clinical analytics, and continuous organizationalimprovement.
The position serves as the primary administrator of the ElectronicHealth Record (EHR) and is responsible for optimizing technology,data, workflows, and reporting systems that support high-qualitypatient care and organizational decision‑making.
The position also leads organizational efforts related tohealthcare compliance, accreditation, quality improvement, policyadministration, risk mitigation, and regulatory readiness. Workingcollaboratively with medical, behavioral health, administrative,and business leadership, the Health Informatics, Quality &Compliance Manager develops systems that ensure Student HealthServices operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance withfederal, state, university, and accreditation requirements.
This position serves as the primary liaison with the ElectronicHealth Record vendor and provides oversight of outsourcedcredentialing and other compliance‑related vendors to ensurecontractual performance, operational effectiveness, and regulatorycompliance.
