The Health Informatics, Quality & Compliance Manager provides strategic leadership for Student Health Services' electronic health record systems, health information governance, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, policy management, clinical analytics, and continuous organizational improvement.
The position serves as the primary administrator of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and is responsible for optimizing technology, data, workflows, and reporting systems that support high-quality patient care and organizational decision-making.
The position also leads organizational efforts related to healthcare compliance, accreditation, quality improvement, policy administration, risk mitigation, and regulatory readiness. Working collaboratively with medical, behavioral health, administrative, and business leadership, the Health Informatics, Quality & Compliance Manager develops systems that ensure Student Health Services operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with federal, state, university, and accreditation requirements.
This position serves as the primary liaison with the Electronic Health Record vendor and provides oversight of outsourced credentialing and other compliance-related vendors to ensure contractual performance, operational effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
