• Develops workflows for integrating clinical metrics and social data; maintains metadata and docs.
• Generates validated reports and dashboards (Power BI) for investigators and leadership.
• Oversees access logs, user compliance, and certification renewals; ensures IRB policy adherence.
• Mentors junior staff in data analytics, compliance, and health informatics best practices.
