The role leads complex projects across Epic/Oracle Health environments, mentoring teams and coordinating with clinical, technical and operations stakeholders. Flexible US-wide remote work is possible with in-office requirements in certain locations.

Qualifications

5+ years informatics experience driving outcomes and efficiencies.
2+ years working with EHRs and clinical solutions (Epic or Oracle Health).
1+ years of team lead or people management experience.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in agile environments.
Ability to travel up to 50% annually.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and optimization of clinical, EHR-integrated and AI-enabled solutions.
Develop and manage project plans with scope, schedules, risks and milestones.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, Optum teams and sponsors from discovery to implementation.
Use data and clinician feedback to identify workflow and technology improvements.
Evaluate AI capabilities and define high-impact use cases and roadmaps.
Document current and future-state workflows with governance and risk controls.
Partner with governance, compliance, and training teams to enhance services.
Lead client sessions, discovery interviews, and executive readouts.
