Qualifications

• 5+ years of informatics experience driving outcomes and efficiencies.
• 2+ years working with EHRs and clinical solutions (Epic/Oracle Health).
• 1+ year of team leadership or people management experience.
• Experience leading fully remote project teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Visio, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimization of clinical, EHR-integrated, and AI-enabled solutions with governance and adoption planning.
• Develop and manage project plans: scope, schedule, resources, risks, milestones, outcomes.
• Coordinate across clients, vendors, teams and sponsors to align expectations and communication.
• Identify workflow and tech improvement opportunities from data and clinician feedback.
• Define high-impact use cases, roadmaps, and ROI with structured prioritization.
