Qualifications

• SMQT certification within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform licensure surveys, certification surveys, and complaint investigations statewide.
• Interpret regulations and guidance; assess regulatory problems and document findings.
• Travel extensively to survey sites and coordinate with facility leadership.
• Provide technical assistance to healthcare provider types and teams.
• Communicate approvals, concerns, and plans of correction to leadership.
