A Quality Improvement Consulting Company is seeking a Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor in Wyoming. The role involves conducting surveys for long-term care facilities and requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, and CMS-related certifications. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of surveyor experience and must be willing to travel up to 75%. Competitive salary and numerous employee benefits provided.

Competenze

• Must have successfully completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification.
• Must have at least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor.
• Must maintain current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian.
