Qualificações

• Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Must have CMS Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT.
• Minimum 2 years of recent surveyor experience in accredited or certifying long-term care facilities.
• Maintain current LCSW licensure to practice.
• Proven ability to direct and manage the survey process independently.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and discuss conflicts openly when needed.
• U.S. Citizenship required for this position.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% regularly.
