Qualifications

• Six (6) years of relevant health care experience in a facility or program regulated by the Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division.

Responsibilities

• Assess the care, treatment and quality of life provided by health facilities through observations, interviews and record review.
• Write clear, concise statements of deficiencies based on CMS and State regulations.
• Conduct pre-survey preparation activities for the survey team and assign work to team members.
