Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of event planning, operations and logistics.
• Experience planning events from planning through post-event closeout.
• Experience managing multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using project management tools to manage timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages execution of ASU Health events (in-person, virtual and hybrid).
• Coordinate timelines, budgets and stakeholder needs to ensure successful events.
• Develop run-of-show documents and task assignments using Wrike or similar tools.
• Manage event registration, technology, staffing and on-site operations.
• Track expenses, assist with vendor coordination and post-event evaluation.
