The role reports to the Director and may supervise staff. Requires strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven program management in a university setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Master's degree is desirable for advanced qualifications.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategies for assigned health research partnerships and collaborative programs.
• Manage day-to-day activities for research relationships with Mayo Clinic, ASU Alliance for Health Care, and other partners.
• Cultivate relationships with faculty, researchers, clinicians, and external partners; communicate effectively across units.
• Lead planning, administration and evaluation of programs, funding initiatives, and faculty engagement activities.
• Develop and maintain program work plans, timelines, procedures and reporting tools.
• Coordinate activities across ASU units and partner organizations for compliant and timely execution.
