Job summary

Northside Neighbors, LLC in Tulsa, OK, seeks a Community Health Prevention and Promotion Manager to lead a Health Empowerment Zone serving Hawthorne and Walt Whitman neighborhoods. You will partner with the Director of Community Wellbeing to advance health promotion, prevention, and equity through resident-centered strategies.

The role focuses on building partnerships, coordinating events, expanding doula services, and linking residents to primary care and mental health resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field.
• 4–6 years in public health or nonprofit programming.
• Experience building community partnerships.
• Experience evaluating programs and using data.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health Empowerment Zone development and implementation.
• Develop annual workplans, goals, strategies, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify health priorities through resident engagement, data, and partner input.
• Coordinate prevention and health-promotion strategies with partners.
• Support maternal and infant health initiatives and doula training.
