Tulsa Community Foundation seeks a Community Health Prevention and Promotion Manager to lead the Health Empowerment Zone serving Hawthorne and Walt Whitman in North Tulsa. This full-time, in-person role coordinates health promotion, prevention strategies, and community partnerships.

You’ll work with the Director of Community Wellbeing to center resident voice, expand doula training, support primary care connections, and drive events like Know Your Numbers and Community Baby Showers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field required; master's preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant public health or nonprofit program experience.
• Experience developing and evaluating community health programs.
• Experience partnering with residents and community organizations.
• Experience managing grant-funded programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and management of the Health Empowerment Zone.
• Create annual workplans, goals, strategies, timelines, and outcomes.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and funders.
• Coordinate Know Your Numbers campaigns and related health initiatives.
• Plan and expand maternal/infant health efforts, including doula training and Community Baby Showers.
• Ensure resident voice guides program planning and evaluation.
