Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, or closely related field (Specialty Factors).
• Three years (36 months) in education, training, and/or work experience in health education or health promotion (Specialty Factors).
• Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, and coordinating professional staff (Specialty Factors).
• Commitment to equity, access, and student-centered health promotion (Preferred Qualifications).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, onboarding, and ongoing professional development to staff and student workers.
• Support unit operations, budgeting, scheduling, and staff coverage to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Design, implement, and evaluate health education programs addressing student health needs.
• Collaborate with campus partners and communities to promote equity in health education.
• Maintain records, reports, and outcome data for program evaluation.
