McKinley Health Center seeks an Operational Leadership role within the Health Education Wellness Unit, supervising professional staff, graduate assistants, and student workers, and guiding day-to-day unit operations. You will design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based, equity-centered health education programs, partner with campus colleagues, manage program calendars, and ensure HIPAA/ADA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, onboarding, and professional development for staff and student workers; coordinate unit operations and staff coverage.
• Design, implement, and evaluate health education programs with equity-centered approaches; align with campus priorities.
• Support unit leadership in budgeting, reporting, compliance with HR policies, HIPAA and ADA; represent the unit in committees.
